Client Love
Courtney was absolutely amazing every step of the way during my pregnancy. I loved having her support, education, and continuity of care that I was searching for. I really wanted a natural, unmedicated birth but due to a bad mix of health complications at the end of my pregnancy I needed and chose to have a c-section at 37 weeks. She was supportive of my decision and gently checked in that I did feel it was a decision I made for myself and I was comfortable with it.
I really appreciate that she is such an incredible champion for natural birth but even more so for bodily autonomy and informed consent in birth. The confidence and education I learned from our sessions helped me have a birth experience that I really treasure.

Is my doula support for you?
My doula support is for women who desire a physiological birth, this means you want to prepare throughout your pregnancy for an unmedicated, undisturbed, and physiological birth rather than rely on routine interventions, and medical assistance women are so commonly birthing with now.
A physiological birth doesn’t come easily in our current maternity system, despite it being the safest and healthiest way for women to birth so you need to be prepared to do the work; physically, mentally, and emotionally!

You can book me as your doula any time throughout your pregnancy! Essentially, the earlier you book me the longer you will have access to my unlimited virtual support and the more time we will have to unpack your birth fears, and preferences and get to know each other.
Your first in-depth consult will usually be between 24-26 weeks, but if you book after this gestation we will simply shuffle some things around.
