Over 6 tailored sessions I will help and support you in mentally and physically preparing for labour and birth with intentional movements, positions, and techniques that help you prepare for birth.

  • You can begin prenatal personal training within me anytime throughout your pregnancy, this is because all my sessions are completely tailored to you!

    Everything will be tailored to you and your body ensuring you moving safely and effectively.

  • One thing I can promise you is that I will not just be sitting there watching you exercise, I will often be moving around with you, cueing you through movements and probably talking a heck of a lot.

    After working as personal trainer for years, I’ve nailed the art of making this not awkward!

  • Absolutely!! If I’m honest this will likely happen and is totally fine!

    I just ask for at least 2 hours notice if possible!
