My birth support is the total package, providing continuity of care for all throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I will be your personal birth nerd sharing all the information you need to make informed decisions and birth your way!


Throughout your pregnancy we will have 3 x 2 hour tailored prenatal sessions, these sessions will include unpacking your birth fears, dreaming up your ideal birth, and creating a birth plan to complement them, birth education, comfort measures, and labour preparation.

My total package includes:
○ Complimentary meet and greet to ensure we are the perfect fit for your birth

○ 3 x 2+ hour prenatal sessions

○ Unlimited virtual support via call or text

○ Evidence-based information and support

○ Local pregnancy, birth, and postpartum resource guide

○ Birth care package

○ On-call from 37 weeks for birth support

○ 2 x 3 hour in-home postpartum visits, and with the opportunity to enjoy a warm meal, shower, rest, cry and debrief your birth

○ Payment plans and tailored packages are available because no one should miss out on quality birth support

FAQs

  • You can book me at any time throughout your pregnancy! Essentially, the earlier you book me in the longer you will have access to my unlimited virtual support!

    Your first in-depth consult will usually be between 24-26 weeks, but if you book after this gestation we will simply shuffle somethings around!

  • Rather than different packages, I have one base package that is completely customizable to you!

    If there is something you don’t need or something you want more of in my base package we can adjust it to suit you needs, just like my doula support - everything will be tailored to you!

  • Short answer, YES!!

    Long answer, most definitely! I absolutely encourage your partner to be involved in your birth preparation so he can fully support you and your decisions at birth.

    Together, I work with you and your partner to ensure you are supported and cared for the entire way!

  • To secure me as your birth doula, I require a $300 deposit. Once this is paid you have unlimited virtual support from me!

    The rest of your package can be paid off with any of the following:

    ○ Upfront
    ○ 3 x $300 payments (paid at each prenatal)
    ○ Fortnightly or monthly payments (price may differ depending on gestation)

    All payments must be paid by 38 weeks.

As your doula I will:

  • Trust you and your baby to birth intuitively, supporting you & your informed choices.

  • I will provide evidence based information and knowledge about the process of birth, making sure you are fully informed throughout the entire process.

  • I will help you mentally, physically and emotionally prepare for the birth you want and deserve!
